To the Anne Arundel County Public Schools Board of Education: The undersigned residents of Anne Arundel County support the \"west side of route 3 alternate redistricting proposal\" as it pertains to the west side of route 3. The above mentioned proposal includes the following: Four Seasons Elementary School *Four Seasons Elementary School maintains its 1st through 5th grade classes and adds a substantial number of Kindergarten and preschool classes, transforming the school into a Primary and Kindergarten Early Learning School. *The Child Find program, a screening and evaluation system designed to locate, identify and refer as early as possible all young children with disabilities and their families who are in need of Early Intervention Program or Preschool Special Education, would be moved into Four Seasons Elementary School. *Self contained special education classroom, currently housed in a portable, would be brought indoors to a classroom on the lower floor (one classroom of up to 10 students). Piney Orchard Elementary *All Kindergarten students living in the Piney Orchard Elementary boundary attend Four Seasons Elementary for Kindergarten. *Piney Orchard Elementary will educate all 1st through 5th graders residing in the new boundaries set forth in this proposal. *North Patuxent area (Old Waugh Chapel Road, down Patuxent Road and including all of the Peachtree subdivision) will go to Odenton Elementary School. This includes a small neighborhood right off Old Waugh Chapel Road that borders the Piney Orchard planned community. This area is surrounded by children who currently attend Odenton Elementary School. *Kiddie Academy Day Care to Four Seasons Elementary School (those children that live within the boundaries of Piney Orchard Elementary will be allowed to attend Piney Orchard Elementary, however if the residence is outside the Piney Orchard Elementary boundary, the child will attend Four Seasons Elementary) Odenton Elementary and Waugh Chapel Elementary *From the ramp off of highway 32, off Burns Crossing Road, east to Route 3 -will go to Four Season Elementary (previously at Odenton Elementary) *Dairy Farm Road, east/Southeast to route 3 will go to Four Seasons Elementary (previously at Waugh Chapel Elementary)
