We the employees and ex-employees of at&t were/are being wrongfully treated in the context of threats with the result of termination or already fired due to unattainable goals(RSSM), inaccurate plus non consistent status reporting(attendance), accusations of foul play at the workplace(COBC). Above all unfair treatment amongst staffing in the workplace, in reference to favoritism.

Ryan Osler, United States2 years ago Comments: With rssm changing to included connected devices, you will find rssm to be a hot button issue. In my market more than half the reps were put on rssm. Is RSSM A TOOL TO ASSIST REPS WITH A NEED FOR COACHING OR A TOOL TO FIRE THEM BECAUSE AT&T NEEDS TO DECREASE ITS WORK FORCE.
