I got injured on the job on Oct 26, 2011 by a veteran. My doctor pulled me out from work on 10/28/11. I had put in for cop the job denied me from cop. Then I put in lwop they denied from that still i was denied. I had a witness in which he recanted on his story. also their was another person who saw what happened and they recanted on their story as well. I had a hearing on March 20 2012 and denied worker compensation I went to practicuilary every politician in the bronx and no one has help me, also I went to the union we did had a meeting with the supervisor of hr no successful.I went to eeoc on the job they have not got back in touch with me. Now I am terminated from the job for being hit in my back by a veteran after serving the Va for 14 years and 4 months.
