Since the roll-out of World of Warcraft (WOW)'s latest patch on Tuesday, October 12th, the game has been less than optimal.  Frequent diconnects, poor lateney, graphical issues, quests that present and allow tasks, but are not submittable, freezing, etc. 

Blizzard is perfectly aware of these issues, as is demonstrated by their ticket responses, however as of today's date (day 12 of the patch) the game remains only marginally playable.  Since there is more to consider than just the $0.50 per days airtime, such as the cost of the disks themselves (upwards of 100.00), Internet, Hydro, not to mention time (hours of playtime) ... I am requesting reimbursement of an reasonable amount for this matter.  I have invested a reasonable amount (I have 2 accounts) to play this game - 12 days of being un-able to do so effectively is not acceptable on my investment.

Blizzard has made little or not attempt to communicate with it's customers, tickets remain open for upwards of 72 hours .... - completely unacceptable at this point.
