As a subscriber to the MMORPG Game \"World of Warcraft\" we have recieved uacceptable censoring, poor community relations, horrible service, increasing unavailablity to use the product we paid for, and continue to pay for. They hide behind a \"shrink wrap\" terms of service agreement aimed at absolving them from the responsibility of providing a stable and consistantly usable product. With a global conglomerate parent named Vivendi Universal as the controlling company, the level of service, censure, and reliability is simply not acceptable. We desire Financial compensation for the loss of time and money we have invested into a partially unusable product. We desire the terms of service to be ammended to a legally binding contract that makes blizzard responsible for their actions, providing a realistic responsibility structre for a paid service. We require the ability to post complaints and disputes with the company that are avialable for EVERYONE to see, not just the community, and the ability to post these complaints at any time, regardless of authentication and stability issues. We desire the ability to say what we like as long as it\'s not deemed Racially or Sexually offensive, without unmoderated censure and unfair policing policys. By signing this petition I am willing to have my name inculded in a Class Action Lawsuit against Blizzard Entertainment and / or Vivendi.
