Friends, We, Indian Students Association (ISA), are working with UNITS to bring cricket world cup to OSU. The cost for initiating the telecast of these World Cup 2003 matches being substantial, ISA on its own, can not bear the whole cost for starting this telecast. There are lot of individuals helping us raise the funds, but we need more support. We are also seeking monetory support / sponsorships from OSU and non-OSU organizations. The council of graduate students has declined our preliminary request to grant us a sponsorship for telecasting the World Cup 2003 in Ohio State University; on basis of lack of student support and inability to show the student involvement in this event. CGS is meeting again this coming Friday on 14th February, 2003 and our representative in CGS needs your support to show the council that they are doing injustice by not supporting our event. We, ISA, therefore request you all graduate students to sign this petition, to help our delegate present our case in CGS meeting. Please get your friends/colleagues who are studying and working at Ohio State to sign this petition. The more number of signatures are, easier it is for us to argue our case in friday\'s meeting.
