India has no legislation against workplace bullying. Deemed criminal violence in other countries, this perversion at the workplace is still ignored by India's law makers, even as thousands of young men and women submit to bullycide all over the country. It is long overdue that India legislates to prevent workplace bullying. With the market economy on in the country now, this becomes all the more urgent.
