Supervisor/co-worker harassment and abuse was commonplace. The pain became chronic a year later. Other serious health complications manifested along the way. Then the endless BWC DENIALS began to flow in. My doctor finally released me back to full work in Nov 2007. My employer rewarded me on Jan 9, 2007 by 'terminating their ties'. A corporate decision they announced. The door lock combination was changed, even as I arrived to learn my fate. I also received a warm 2 person escort from the building. Their way of thanking me for 6 years of hard work and dedication. Yes, we definitely have a major problem with the present 'system'. But will ANY politician listen and bring about the necessary change? I'm cynical and with good reason. |

THE CONSISTANCY OF MUCOUS FOM NOSE IS LIKE "SILLY PUTTY". The harassment caused her depressive, when she reported to human resource about her personal safety, Raytheon, through EAP counselor John Didio, imposed a mental evaluation without her consent, he did not ask why she felt unsafe, he directly asked “do you want to kill someone” with his finger pointing at her and showing scurrilous staring. Gripped with panic, she was traumatized and became long term disabled.
