Congress denied injured/ill/disabled benefits by giving employers/insurers free reign through the states to deny medical care and livable wages and no rehab. In this cruel pr\.ocess we are forced to got to SSI/SSDI medicare/medicaid or live on nothing We are paying for the injuries out of the taxes we paid out of our wages for injuries caused by employers. The congress gave employers the right to not pay for worker's comp or SSDI. This is a betrayal by those that we elect to represent us, It is time for redress justice and restitution for all disabled workers. and this would come from Congress just as Democrats have suggested. The dept of Labor needs to get involved immediately since they follow what congress gives them the orders to do. CONGRESS do your job, Give duisabled workers what they deserve, medical care, wages and mayb vocational rehabilitation and for starters, representation.
