Name: Carol A. Derby on Mar 23, 2010Comments: Please leave the Woodside Cemetery alone. The dead deserve to rest in peace and their relatives have the right to sleep in peace at night and not worry about having their loved ones "dug" up and moved. Burying them once is enough pain and grief, why subject them to it a second time?Flag

Name: John Avery on Mar 27, 2010Comments: A cemetery is and is intended to be a place of respect where relatives and friends can attend to quietly pay their respects and the intrusion of an Eco Art Hub devalues the purpose as such. A full consultation programme of meetings which could take account the burial rights owners' and other interested parties' views should have been held. There appears to be alternative venues for the Eco Art Hub to be located. It is a great shame that councillors are so out of touch with the feelings of local people.Flag

Name: Joanna Preston on Mar 29, 2010Comments: My brother is buried at woodside. It is a disgrace that a few people would try to push this through. They obviously don't have anyone they know there. I wonder if they would be as keen to have an Eco Art Hub in a cemetary with their relatives in.Flag

Name: Vicki Williams on Mar 29, 2010Comments: If any families of those buried in the cemetery feel this is disrespectful to their deceased relatives then it is, and therefore should not go ahead. Perhaps an adjacent location would be more appropriate than putting a tourist attraction inside the cemetery itself?Flag
