Name: Mark Conlan on Apr 8, 2009Comments: Many of our clients have access to the facilities and training provided by the Centre both at the premises on Water Street and also when on Marsh Road. The centre provides much needed help and support to homeless young ladies when they are at the most vunerable stage in their livesFlag

Name: PAMELA NEAL on Apr 8, 2009Comments: For this Centre to fold due to lack of funding - and not for the want of trying - would be a tragedy, and have a huge impact on the life of the women (and their children) in Rhyl. This is a Centre which has turned around the lives of many women, and offered a life-line, support, happiness, friendship and a new skill to many. Just a small amount of funding will safeguard the continuity, and buy time for other plans to come in to impementation - this is such a jewel in Rhyl, not to be lost.Flag

Name: Linda Evans on Apr 8, 2009Comments: this organisation is vital for the regeneration of rhyl and for the health and well being of women in rhyl. I have been involved in community development and community education in rhyl since 1982 and this is the most important and meaningful development i have been involved in since then. To withdraw funding from this project is criminal - this centre provides women in the area with the potential to develop, not only themselves, but their families and communities. As a community capacity building project it is without peer - this can change rhyl as no other project can.Flag
