He swore up and down that he would take care of this child. Well needless to say the sorry piece of shit doesn't! He says that I am trying to use him. I take care of my son by myself and his father needs to help! He layed down with me to make him. Now he needs to man up and help take care of him! The guy that put this petition up must be a dead-beat dad or he doesn't even have children!Flag

While support was taken from my pay, I had to go to court and was sentenced to 1 yr in jail or $27,000. This same day all men in court where sentenced to jail.My family paid to get me out but now I have to recover. Lost my job!!!!! Big debt to pay. All over a lie!!!!!!!!Flag

Unless you have been raped or married at the time of conception you alone are responsible for your choice to raise this child. NO one should be held responsible for your mistake or choice to have this child. I raised my child alone with my own funds and never cost any one else anything, my choice to have a child my choice to pay for one!!!!Alot of women want to keep a man by getting pregnant , they think they can guilt them into their choice,and when they dont stay with them they extract as much money as they possibly can,and cause nothing but trouble for the rest of the mans life! If a man tells you that he does not want to be a father to the child that you are carrying and you use the "Its my body, I can do what I want" theory then you need to be prepared to take care of that child completely, both physically, and FINANCIALLY!! If you can make the decision to have a child with out help, then you can support the child without help!!! I have a child of my own, and I DO NOT expect a dime from the father. He warned me that he did not want to be part of her life, and I chose to have her THUS making her my responsibility. These men would like to have families of their own. How are they supposed to support them if some woman decided she was mature enough to make the decision to have a child, but not mature enough to support that child? Something needs to be done to change the laws. If anyone figures out how, I am more then willing to sign up for the effort.Flag
