Comments: According to the CBP, the knock-off shoes that were transported in five different shipments on a cargo ship in large boxes from China had a domestic value of more than $57,000, meaning it cost just less than $3 per pair to make them. christian louboutin boots http://goodlouboutinbots.webstarts.com/

Comments: Yves Saint Laurent, the company named for the designer who died in 2008, began selling shoes with red outsoles “long before Mr. Louboutin began using them,” Bernstein told Marrero at a district court hearing in July. He told the appeals court that the designer’s monochromatic shoe is “the DNA of the brand.”had put off deciding whether to cancel Louboutin’s trademark for the red sole until the appeals court ruled. We are pleased that our central premise, that color on the red sole, can be a trademark,” Harley Lewin, a lawyer representing Louboutin at McCarter & English LLP, said in an e-mail. “We consider this a significant win, not only for Louboutin, but for the fashion industry in general.” He said he would “carefully study” the part of the ruling referring to monochromatic shoes. christian louboutin sandals http://christianlouboutinsandal.webs.com/

Comments: The original shoe is made in Italy,” said chief CBP officer Guillermina Escobar. “Once we saw it was coming in from China, we knew there was a problem with the shipment.”Officials took pictures of the shoes and consulted with the trademark holder to authenticate the shoe. Once they learned they were counterfeit, the hot commodities were taken off the black market and placed into the border patrol’s possession. christian louboutin shoes http://discountchristianlouboutinsstore.webs.com/

Comments: Please do not put these residents back in their home communities. They will not get the care that they need or deserve. They are living human beings and should be treated as such.

Comments: I have a cousin at this facility-who has flourished under the care she has received there. Without this facility, my cousin would have to be placed in a nursing home where her existance would be as a vegetable. Nursing homes do not have the staff or time to care for the type of residents such that reside at WLRC. WLRC gives their residents a purpose for life, no matter how disabled they are. They care. Please show us that you care more for people than you do money. Please don't close these center down. If you do, as I said before, my cousin will be forced to go to a nursing home. She was cared for at home for as long as possible. Unfortanately we (her family that are still living) are not physically able to care for her. We are quite a bit older than she is. I realize budgets need to be cut, but please find another program to trim the budget with--this program is NEEDED in Wyoming. I know of several people in Medicaid, that if they really wanted to, could get off of their lazy backside, and work. We have here in Wyoming, generations of the "you owe to me" mentality on the Medicaid roll. How about this: (excuse my wording) If you cannot pass a pee test, you don't need help from Medicaid? Just a thought. Thank you. Connie Andrews
