51 Gena Burtch, Cox Family InvestmentsIn addition to reasons cited above, there are safety issues for my children once we move onto our property! I don't see how I can allow my children to stand on the edge of Washington Loop Road waiting for a bus with all of the trucks that will be coming and going. We already have our dock permit and plan to begin building our new home in 2008. Please help to keep this area safe for families by denying the permits!
52 robert ferreiroproperty taxes in this area are very high ... i guess we will be paying nothing if you allow this mining to continue or start. make sure you understand who looses in the long run..

69 Danny G.S. Arcillamy family moved here for the serenity and beauty of the area. A dirt mine will not only impact the lives of the residents but also the wildlife and the ecosystem. We are all on well water. I can only imagine the impact this will have on our only source of water.

72 The Corry ChildrenPlease help us save Florida! There is a reason we moved to an Ag area. Agriculture means LAND, catte, groves, farming, ranching..... Our family came here to support the LAND. Not to be a part of its destruction! Shame on you-What about our future? What about us on the bus stop? Do you care?

80 Carol OlsonWe have spent a lot of time and money in obtaining permits so that Scrub Jays and Golpher Tortoises won't be disturbed! If these companies are aloud to come in, what an obsurdity!
