8 years ago Comments: It seems all you small minded people have achieved is to prove just how much you are in the minority as most of the comments on this site are in favour of the Head and Ptfa of this School. Further more most of the fundraising ideas you have now posted on your site are already undertaken by the Ptfa and if you had bothered to get involved in fund raising for the school your children attend instead of spouting instructions, you'd already know that. Could you explain why you keep changing the original text of your site A small case in point - do you take wine at Mass in front of your children Not only is this site cowardly and underhand, its pointless and hypocritical. Oh and your spelling and grammar suggest that you need to go back to school yourself!

8 years ago Comments: I can't believe the attitude of the parents at this school, when reading the opening comments it reads like a witch hunt rather than a legitimate concern about the welfare of children. As a child I always took a bottle of wine in for the tombola, or rather my mother did, as she had the common sense to think for herself and realise that allowing me to carry a bottle might not be a good idea. She is not an alchoholic and neither am I. Fund raising in school is essential and involves the staff including the head teacher giving up their free time for the benefit of the children. Is it any wonder there's a national shortage of teachers and head teachers when parents seem to think it's perfectly acceptable to personally attack the professional intergrity of them in such vicious ways. Surely these so called professional parents should be experienced in discussion and debate instead of intimidation and and nastiness. Maybe if they had used the skills of a professional then they would have been able to approach this matter in a mature manner. I think it says it all when young people in their teens can see how silly these parents are being.

8 years ago Comments: I am surprised and totally disappointed at this website. I have been in volved with the school in many capacities for over 15 years and I can honestly say I have never come across a more dedicated and hardworking team as you are priviledged to have at St Peter's. I really think your time would be better spent supporting their hard work especially Helen White and count yourselves lucky that your children are receiving one of the best starts in life this area can offer
