Name: Sjef Mevis on May 14, 2012Comments: • Maakt dit plan deel uit van een door het volk (lees: Parlement) breed gedragen visie-nota? Of anders gezegd: Een dergelijk beleidsstuk ontbreekt. Flag

Name: Michel Testorf on May 14, 2012Comments: Hi Walter, Please put my name on the list to protest against the wind turbines. Why not putting another row in the south ? Also cheaper, because high voltage power cables are there already. Which idiot was suggesting this ? Thanks for fighting for our properties. Best, Michael Testorf, MV 59Flag

Name: Dan Zinke on May 14, 2012Comments: I am totally against wind turbines on the north coast of Aruba. This is the most beautiful part of the island and should not be distroyed by these giant turbines. The wind turbines should be located on the southern part of the island where the rest of them are.Flag

Name: John Borello on May 15, 2012Comments: wind turbines don't generate enough electricity to be of any value. We have an island that relies on tourism, much activity is on the north coast ( off-roading, horseback riding, atv's, etc.). This side of the island needs to remain as beautiful as the hotel strip or the island will suffer.Flag
-
43
Name: John Borello on May 15, 2012Comments: The amount of electricity generated will not make up for the amount of tourism that will be lost. For an island that relies on tourism, this make no sense. The north side is where all the tours go and the off-roadind, atv's , horseback riding and bus tours take people.Flag

There needs to be a more thoughtful approach to this planning to consider economic impact and preserving the beauty of the island that attracts so many of us here.Flag
