A petition/ Request from the community

we of Windsor Park are asking not only for a wading pool update but to have it built into a spray pad the wading pool is in need of a makeover I have lived in Windsor park since 1999 and have not seen anything change of it . there are many many families who would enjoy a spray pad at Winakwa CC instead of the ugly looking wading pool.
