Prof William Schabas is an expert in international law and has been appointed to Chair the UN Commission of Inquiry to investigate Israel's role in the recent hostilities in Gaza between Israel and the HAMAS. As Prof Schabas stated categorically in a public debate in 2013 that he would like to see Netanyahu in the dock in front of the international tribunal at the Hague, he is totally prejudiced towards Netanyahu and Israel and will be incapable of producing a credible report of what really happened in Gaza between Israel and the HAMAS. Therefore Prof Schabas is unfit to serve as Chair of the Commission of Inquiry.
