Do you want a hostel in you're area? Havering council plan to turn Will Perrin Court in Guysfield Drive, behind South Hornchurch Clinic into a short stay homeless hostel. We feel this is the wrong location for such a development due to the high volume of elderly persons & young families with children in the area.
