Poe, Glass and Fairhaven Drives are in dire need of repaving and WIDENING. There is tremendous potential for NEW residential construction and tax revenue for the city. These streets are dangerous in that 2 vehicles cannot pass traveling in opposite directions while cars are parked all along these roads. Proper drainage and sidewalks would tremendously INCREASE the value of the homeowners' properties, as well as the potential of many new homes being built.
