In South Africa, many girls are interested in baseball- What is believed to be a mens sport. Girls from all parts of the country put great time, effort and all their energy into this sport. There is no girls baseball teams so the girls are forced to play in mixed teams at provided baseball clubs. A tremendous amount of clubs are mostly girls. What about the girls who want to get somewhere in this sport? The girls who want to get their provincial colors and represent their province in one of the best sports in the world? Well they cant. Why is this? Just because the South African Baseball Union (SABU) has said no to girls baseball in 2014, it has stopped completely. Resulting in no inter- provincial baseball in the country. Please help us by signing this petition and showing SABU that this country needs these girls.
