Since 2012, the WHS Alumni have been charged $100 for inside tailgating spots and $50 for outside spots. In previous years tailgate spots were $50 each. $100 tailgate spot fees have caused Alumni to either not participate in tailgating activities and or share tailgating spots with several other classes in which doesn't allow proper facilitation for tailgating. In addition, the fees have slowed down the donation towards alumni projects which are used to raise money for scholarships, projects such as the New Marquee. WHS Alumni are respectfully requesting the WHS Administration to consider reducing Homecoming tailgate spots and or asset sharing (i.e. Tailgate fees and wristband sales) towards WHS alumni projects for the school.
