International Spank a Bad Child Day would be a holiday during which every child who acts a fool could get what's coming to them: embarrassment, and a sore butt. Every year on ISABC Day, any child caught misbehaving in a public place will be handed a bright red ticket telling them to report to an area designated for their neighborhood and at a time close to the end of the day. In public, their parents would have the choice of scolding them or spanking them, after which they would all receive a lecture from the neighborhood elders.
