It is not up to a person or individual to decide to make changes to how a living creature looks. Please sign my petition to change breed standards and to pressure organizations to no longer encourage or require pet owners or animal breeders to chop, crop, dock and cut these beautiful animals. Many organizations require a dog to have it tail cut off, to have it's ears cropped, its dew claws cut off all just to fit in with their standard of what the dog should look like. These little puppies have just been born into the world and are being tortured and are having their body parts cut off! With the amount of inexperienced backyard breeders ever growing the problem is even more pronounced with hack jobs which can wind up in a puppy having problems for life, serious risk of infection or even death in some cases. And why? To myself and others like me there is no viable reason for this out of date and disgusting practice to be allowed to continue. We want our pets in one piece!  Please add to the growing list of people disgusted by this barbaric practice!
