    Comments: I have been made to feel like a criminal. i have been treated unjustly and feel stresses and crucified. this so called system is disgusting and cruel to feelings of already caring NRP's. i have never been treated in this manner before, as a part time policeman, real criminals treat me with more care and respect than the heartless system which comes from the people who are supposed to care for my wellbeing and welfare, ie the "so called" UK government.

    Comments: I am in reciept of £5.55 per week family credit, yet the csa are taking £77.00 per week off us for one child. We are £4.39 better off working than if we were claiming income support. This is definately wrong.

    Comments: My family are struggling to survive on what is left following my husband paying child support to his ex-wife who is living in the lap of luxury with her husband.We recieve tax credits which The Child Support Agency take as part of the maintenance payable to his ex-wife.There has to be something done before families like ours end up on the streets.

    Comments: After paying regular child support to my ex partner (10yrs worth) i have just received a £12000 bill from the csa i have made complaint after complaint but to no avail these people are a law un to themselves! my ex has lied on claim forms but no-one cares no wonder there is suxh a high suicide rate in this counrty we have fathers climing buildings breaking into buckingham palace just to see there children equal rights i think not!

    Comments: This whole situation is a total disgrace to humantity. Genoside comes to mind. In my case the uk govenment were taking 50% of my salary (£800. AFTER tax per month to support an abusive & druggie mother and a drunk step father. My kids were never getting the money and I had to then revert to crime to make sure that they have clothes and food. Needless to say I have had no choice but to leave the uk for good. Now my kids have no father, no food and no future. I demand a revolution before i will ever return to this shambolic case of mis-justice. I urge any man in the same situation to make a stand and fight fire with fire. The kids know the score (they are not stupid!)and cannot wait untill old enough to join me. It seems to me that there is an open door for scum to make a living from this type of govenment backed bullshit. I have no complaints about looking afer the welfare of my kids but I would rather die than hand over any cash to those fuckers who also take a collection fee (on top of) for their illegal raids and robbery. Who says crime does not pay I URGE ALL MEN TO MAKE A STAND TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE. It's only a matter of time and economies, especally in times of war and rising interest rates. DO NOT TAKE ANY SHIT.

    Comments: I want to know why the welfare of my children has never been considered. I provide a house and pay the bills for them, and leave myself homeless as a result. Now the CSA want money from me I have to sell the house making them homeless. This has made me ill with stress and anger and I cannot believe this can be legal. At the end of the day this has seriously disturbed me and my children and cost the government £250 a month more as they will have to now pay her housing benefit. Why because the CSA or the government cannot see the big picture and dont take childrens welfare into account.

I have lodged an appeal with the CSA back in February this year for myself to be assessed under the new system as the old system contravenes a number of European Acts. WE CLAIM BOTH TAX CREDITS TO MAKE ENOUGH INCOME TO GIVE OUR DAUGHTER A DECENT STANDARD OF LIVING WHILST HIS EX WIFE STAYS AT HOME TO LOOK AFTER THEIR CHILD AND HER CHILD WITH HER NEW PARTNER QUITE COMFORTABLY.. WHY DO WE DO THIS BECAUSE THEY CAN'T TOUCH MY INCOME. THE GOVERNMENT IS STEALING MONEY AND TIME WITH ME FROM MY DAUGHTER, DESTROYING THE FAMILY UNIT AND THE MAN IN MANKIND. IF YOU ARE A DIVORCED MALE WITH CHILDREN YOU MAY AS WELL GIVE UP BECAUSE ANY CHANCE OF A SECOND MARRIAGE WORKING IS ZERO. THE FINANCIAL & EMOTIONAL PRESSURE FROM YOUR FIRST ONE WILL SEE TO THAT AND THE GOVERNMENT LETS IT HAPPEN. IF YOURE A DIVORCED FEMALE WITH CHILDREN OR A MAN MARRYING ONE THEN LIFES PRETTY GOOD, YOU GET THE HOUSE, KIDS, CAN EARN AS MUCH AS YOU LIKE AND STILL SCREW UP TO 30% OF EX'S INCOME FROM HIM AS WELL WHILE HE AND HIS NEW FAMILY IF HES GOT ONE LIVE(I SAY THAT LOOSELY) ON BREAD AND WATER. I USE MAN AND WOMAN IN THIS CONTEXT BECAUSE THATS THE NORMALITY. MUM USUALLY GETS CARE OF THE CHILDREN AND WHERE CARE GOES SO DOES THE CASH. WONDER IF THERES AN INCREASE IN CHILDREN BEING BORN TO UNMARRIED YOUNG GIRLS

    Comments: Not only does the C.S.A.fail absent fathers who are badly 'stung'but it also badly fails mothers whose ex-partners are self employed.I was left to bring up 3 strapping teenagers and my ex was ordered to pay £7 for each child per.week!I am not money grabbing and just wished for a healthy contribution to help me get through the next few years.I am fighting this all the way to government.
