Name: COLIN MADDEN on Feb 3, 2004State:Country: UKComments: 5 children now with good job, and prospects. Will be paying for 1 child via csa and am now looking to go on the dole. making the government pay more towards my family via council tax, benefits, school meals and all the other usuall cons of doing things illegitimatley. But if thats what the government want, thats what theyll get. I just dont care anymore. So Mr Blair, Ive worked since ive left school, and am now 32. So its time to retire and let other workers pay mine and my kids way through the system. HAPPY NOWFlag

Name: Peter Martin on Feb 3, 2004State:Country: UKComments: The csa are run by people who either don't have children or who don't care about them or their families. They discriminate between mother and father and more partcularly on the mothers side even when she is in the wrong. It is a most corrupt and ill conceived organmisation and should be abolished. My dealings with them have been with a response of abject rudeness any and more inportantly I have been treated as though I am the guilty party which I am not.Flag

Name: Barry Small on Feb 14, 2004State:Country: UKComments: I do hope that my signature helps this cause. I can confirm that my ex-partner left me for a new lover. Her reason, because I worked too much! taking my son with her. Over the past 5 years I have always paid her 50.00 pounds cash on a weekly basis, take my son every weekend and bought him anything he needs. When I eventually met my new partner, my ex contacted the CSA out of spite, and I now feel that I have no alternantive but to quit my job as I cannot afford the pay demands of the CSA (110.00 pounds pw)who said they will arrest my wages without any evidence of my current outgoings that keeps a roof over my head. I have never broke the law or done nothing wrong yet these SPITEFULL woman backed by the LAW can devastate our life's that I strongly feel is not worth living anymore. The CSA do not listen to decent Fathers who have always paid for thier children. WE are the VICTIMS of a woman scorned by HER mistakes, who will not let go of her bad decision to walk out in the first place. Having worked sinced I was 15. I feel that I have nothing left in me to carry on in this life and I cannot afford to work and live anymore. Good luck with your cause, you will need it. bye byeFlag

Name: Paul Amess on Feb 24, 2004State: ALCountry: UKComments: I too am a victim of CSA injustice, I am a single parent father and one month had to pay approx 40% of my salary PLUS the CSA contacted my employer and tried to have me disciplined because I put in a vigorous complaint against them (I am a civil servant so they thought I was an easy target) However I amin touch with my MP and the I.C.A and justice will prevail. Good Luck!Flag

Name: Helen Laughton on May 24, 2004State:Country: UKComments: My husbands ex has just told us about a baby we knew nothing about and wants my husband to suffer. I was going to kill myself when i found this out as our son had died and it got to much for me. We dont have a high income and my children who my husband brings up are going to suffer. I have always worked and never got the csa involved in my life. My husband works and we are happy and expecting a new baby but we cannot support our baby we have made together as a loving couple. I feel i have nowhere to turn now and the only solution would be to split my family up. I hate the CSA and i hate women who get pregnant and keep the baby for revenge and jelousy against the new partner. Im sad and lonley and my children are going to suffer. My children have suffered all there lives until i married and now all the happiness has gone for them. Good LuckFlag

Name: Susan Yamani on Jun 18, 2004State:Country: UKComments: It says it all above. I am fed up with working for nothing. I still get the same allowances working as those on Income Support. What's the point There needs to be more of an incentive to work. Employers will never pay well so the Government must review its standard of living rates rewarding those who work with higher rates!Flag
