Comments: I am being socially excluded due to astranomical csa contributions my bank refused to give me a loan because i "dont have enough money to live on" iam currently being starved back to work by the csa while on long term illness they continue to deduct my full contribution despite my salary dropping by 40%

Comments: The main problem I have with the CSA is they just will not listen. I have tried every thing to met them and talk to them about issues I would like to raise. They refuse to met me or to review my case for the last four months becase they have a computer problem.

Comments: Governemental departments like The CSA are able to weild far too much power against the people of their own country. Often they take from people that which they really should have no entitlement and show a total dissregard for their fellow man or the others of a family who may well suffer as a result of their demands. The law is not here to assist the people at all but to increase funds for governments who devise these ways of taking back monies from their citizens. These very demanding and human rights consuming laws mean that governments once in power loose their interest in the people only to feed the demands and shortcomings of their own policies and legislation.

Comments: i had to go to court 3 times just to get 1 nite per week with my little girl,i wanted more overnight stays but its simple for an ex partner to abuse the system just by denying contact and then crucifying the nrp with csa assesment...maintenance almost as big as my mortgage!!!an absolute discrace.
