my parner and i moved in our new house together notified the csa of our cohabitation,we made a joint claim for working and child tax credits and guess what the CSA want some,we recieved a letter on tuesday this week to say the want some of my childs tax credits,i thought no this cant be right so i called them up and its TRUE.
See i cant see how they can justify that has my children or me didnt have sex or make babies with these women, myself and children had to move away from an area,an area my children were born in and loved because we were harrassed to the hilt,so not only do i put up with two years of nonsense from a girl my partner had a one night stand with,my children moved away from an area they loved,i lost my carrer,now she wants paying for her vindictive ways with money WE HAVENY GOT,CHILD TAX CREDITS/WORKING TAX CREDITS IS WHAT IT SAYS ON THE TIN LOW INCOME FAMILIES,and there is another partner who wants another bit of the tax credits who wont let my partner see his child.The best of it is an assesment is made on 3 children of the family i have 7,so im also penalised for ahving a large family. wow!!!! WHEN DID THE GOVERMENT MAKE LOW INCOME FAMILIES MILLIONAIRES..And to top that i have five children by my ex husband the CSA cant find him so i get no maintenance for them (they write to me every 6 weeks telling me we are SORRY still cant find him yet have all that crap about the so called powers they have YEAH RIGHT!!!!!.iTS FATHERS THAT LOVE AND WANT TO BE WITH THERE CHILDREN THAT ARE PENALISED IN THIS SYSTEM) The CSA Can come along and take what is needed for my children,im not bothered they cant find my ex husband IT has become an experiment to show them up for what they are liars and has has i work and provide for my children its BEEN 3 YEARS.so my children are now in poverty twice.The csa has i said befor penalise the good parents who want to support their children and would without the CSA,they penalise vulnerable people such has children and those on low incomes...Its about time some of those mps sat and lived our lives,they havent been where we are and its sad because its ruining families.Get rid of the PATHETIC LEGISLATIONS!!!! |

I am in the situation where ex partner gets new man, im out of my own house. I see my two children every week, work permitting, I don't give their mother any money because it usually ends up getting pissed against a wall. I have bought my kids new clothes and shoes on many occasions, only to find out they have been sold at the local car boot sale!
I have now married and have a daughter and a new house, albeit a council one, I live 20 miles from my work, I have to run a car to get to work, there are too few buses where I stay. My car is a heap but it goes and it costs, lots, to run.
I have a take home pay of around £834 per month. The CSA want £360! Ive already had wages arrested for council tax arrears that my ex ran up without my knowledge! The CSA do not take this into consideration though. Once I've paid the CSA, council tax arrears, existing council tax and rent I'm left with £1.01 exactly! Now, according to the CSA, this is ample amount for heating, food, electricity, fuel, road tax, etc etc! They really are clinically insane! I too have seriously considered putting a gun to my head, but I'm such a stubborn bastard, I won't let these idiots beat me. I survived Northern Ireland, Bosnia and the Gulf, I wont give in to a bunch insane twits.
They just bully and bully you into submission. I dare say it will only be a matter of time before someone takes the law into their own hands. Who can blame them? I would join them to be honest. Its sickening how these people can get away with destroying lives left right and centre without any remorse or accountability.
yes there are also women who are left destitute because the CSA fail them, becasue the fathers are bone idle, on the dole. But trust me, being a single parent on benefits, is a breeze, compared to the trauma the CSA inflict. And it is always the dads who actually care who are punished. So much for dealing with all the deadbeats.

My husband always wanted to face his responsibilities and even after the relationship broke down due to her being 'psychotic' he never failed to give her money every week. She was extremely unreasonable with regards to contact and tried her best to alienate his daughter from him, he had to go to the courts causing futher costs which was a farce anyway and very 'woman favoured'. He also left the home because he didn't want to uproot his young daughter, let her have the endownment policies, the contents and the car, and ended up sleeping on his aunts settee! still doing his best to maintain contact when she would often 'just not be in' when he arrived to collect her. she wanted more so went to csa who came up with a figure of £260 per mth despite him only earning around £13,500 she since got with someone who was earning good money and they had a much larger home than ours and she was allowed to claim these unreasonable housing costs even though it was obvious she couldn have got this mortgage on her own part time wages. They wouldnt assess his income but when i went on maternity pay the amount went up even though I had been promised if I provided the info they wouldnt take it into account! The CSA dont into account that he wants to support and help parent his child or that he tried to be reasonable, they just go after the easy targets to make it look like they are actually doing something.. Dont trust any1 at the CSA no matter how 'nice' they seem they are like badly programmed robots running a really crap system. |

'nice.she recieved the same letter and out of the blue the phone rang ,, at work . it was her ,, i was speechless , not like me atall . quote'i dont want you to go to prison,maybe we can come to some arrangent' . well,, how could i refuse,, so we did she posted me a paying in book for her account and i payed 25 a week into her account . i was presently living with a girlfriend at the time now she knew all about my past no stones were unturned . we decided it would be good to see him and get to know him and the day came . bloody nervous i was in a chilling kind of way . and there he was with his gun trying to shoot me 'te he,bless. when it got round to her telling my apparent son who i was quote'listen to me listen to me darling , you know who this is' he replied 'no' then she said this is your dad ,where as he replied 'no its not dad is dead, you told me mum'. i have never felt such heart wrenching sentance in all my life ,trust me folks , if that ground had opened up i would have been the first to hit the deck . i tryed to beside my anger and generating disgust

I was forced to reduce my hours to part time hoping that this would stop the csa taking such a large chunk from my wage, however when i did this they have now classed my wtc as income aswell. I desparately want annother child with my husband but can't afford one. We recently found out we could have 10% off the total for my child ........... but the question is WHY is my child worth 56 a month and another is worth 500!!! if we had another baby then our 2 children collectively would be worth 68 per month???? Are we paying for the actual upkeep of a child or as an alternative payment option for income support for the ex-partners who cant be bothered getting out whilst the child is at work and doing a 10-2 part time job! |

Now I told csa I was paying nursery and they didn't need to be involved but she had made a claim(me paying nursery directly does not buy handbags,purses,shoes,make up,clothes and tango in a tin(faketan) Started off i had to pay £122 per month for 3 kids-less than i was paying already-then it went up to £134 per month before first payment even due, then it raised to £148 per month still b4 first payment due- why does it keep going up-Because my ex phoned them to say it was not enough. I've told CSA I will pay money into bank accounts directley to my kids but not benefit fiddling,vindictive ex partner as I will not pay for her lifestyle anymore(did it for 6years) Now csa say that money is to get/keep my kids out of poverty-haha there not in poverty my ex gets more in benefits than I earn in a year it's just she refuses to spend money on them. Now I've decided to test the CSA and turn the tables on them- As they say my kids are in poverty living with my ex I have asked them to prove it I.E get my ex partners income and compare it with mine-prove her outgoings and then compare them with mine, Now the csa was set up in 1992 to TRACE ABSENT FATHERS-I am not absent(since changed to non resident parent but not worth the paper it's wrote on) I spend more time with my kids than my ex does, I have them 2 days/nights per week- rest off the week there in nursery and at weekends she's out getting drunk(surprise surprise) So I've told csa to prove i'm an absent father- I can prove I'm not, I pay for my children when there with me and i can prove that too. So CSA I will be more than happy to pay for my children but not to pay for my ex partners lifestyle- if u force me to pay her and she spends the money on herself that's an infringement of my children's human rights is'nt it? Don't I also have a right to live without being forced further down the poverty ladder- That won't help my kids if u make me broke. Oh most importantly I also support my children's emotional,physical needs, give them love,support and guidance, give them boundries and install discipline(I DO NOT SMACK MY KIDS)IS THIS NOT WHAT LABOUR WANTED FATHERS TO DO- wait a minute what would I know about being a father I'm just a man and to the CSA I'm just a never empty cash machine. |

I wonder if the court of human rights agree?
I got one child from a marriage that dissolved in 2001. I have seen and paid maintenace up untill a year and half ago when i was involved in an RTA leaving me unable to work while medicals take place.....
I am summoned to appear in court.... i get less than £100 a week so just how much are CSa gonna take?
Even though ex-wife and her husband are both working?
Another situation was with an ex who spawned a child apparently mine!
We were together a while and i would not have sex unless there was some form of contraception involved.... anyway, she spun a web of lies. Apparently she had a low iron level causing her to have Anemia.... therefore she had to go on medication but had to stop taking the pill...
One time we were gettin intimate when i was out of condoms so i asked her if she was still taking the pill, she said no cos they interact with anemia medication, but the doc said it was still ok to have sex safely as it would take a while for the pill to leave her system..... so naively and to tell the truth, i really wasnt into it as i was starting to dislike her by now anyway, we carried on....
It wasnt untill a few weeks later, during a heated discussion when she claimed she was pregnant! i found out i was the last to know.
I really couldnt work out how the child could be mine, nothing made sence.... anyway, since then, ive niether seen nor heard from mother or child.... but i have heard that she has got married to a guy who we both knew during our relationship...... hmmmmm i wonder!!
Anyway, CSA prob wont take ANY of this into account!
Anyway, off to court i go at end of month to part with money i dont have! |

He split for his ex 8 years ago and they had 2 kids very young he was only 17 and non the wiser till she phoned up and announced the pregnancy but he went to live with her trying to do the right thing. They had another kid but things didnt work out. she didnt want any money saying he was abusive and violent (basically didnt want her benefits to be effected) Now my husband works hard for minimum wage and we get WFTC and CTC for our 3 kids. now we have been told to pay £220 per month. We still have to pay full rent, full council tax they wont take into account this drop in our monthly money because its csa. She is on benefits so only gets £10 of this a week anyway. What is the point in going to work?? Hubby is now quitting his job to go self employed so we can actually get help with our rent and c-tax..... but what else can you do ?? They still take the CTC as income even though it is for our 3 kids ( soon to be 4) so we will prob still have to pay the same amount. They only recognise up to 3 children when they make the assesment so even tho my husband wage stays the same the fact that our ctc goes up due to an extra child they will take some of that as well!!!Hopefully when the two kids with the ex get to 18 we cqan actually get ourselves together and have a holiday...only7 years to wait. Csa is so stupid taking money from people like us who really cant afford it. Please listen to us !!! |
