| 452 | simon | leeming | | GB | been paying 53 pounds a week for last 6 mths be for that was 75 pounds then csa send me a letter telling me its dropping to 40 pounds but send 1 to work to up payments to 120 got on to them sent in wat slips got a reply yesterday on 18/6/2008 saying payments dropping to 35 a week as from 21/5/2008 work gets a letter today 19/06/2008 saying up payments to 140 a week because i still have arrears got a account staement of the csa and 1 from work found out i have overpaid by £1400 punds got back on to csa work faxed bank details of payments sent csa said well they havent got them i still have to pay now im so far in the red liveing on 40 quid a week csa dont give a frack about this been every where trying to get beifts to help me but they say im on a good wage because they dont take csa payments into account whats left the csa can take from me now they got everything elese might as well give them my life |

We used to share custody until earlier this year when the children said they wanted to live with myself and my new partner. my ex took me to court as she could not face this scenario for her own personal reasons and lo and behold, the court gave her custody and left me as the non res parent. access every other weekend and half all holidays. I married in April and have a daughter with my new wife. CSA have now stung me and left me unable to afford to pay my mortgage and put food on the table. My wife says she can't take it and has already suggested leaving. My ex has a new car every year, lives in a bigger house in a very luxurious area of town. She goes on regular holidays and enjoys a pretty good lifestyle. I cant even afford to feed my kids when they come to stay. Like many, I don't begrudge helping out towards my kids, but when the CSA are hurting my direct family, who have no one else to support them, there seems no logic and justice in the system at all. |

He has just reduced the payments down to £252 per month..AND wants me to pay half for him to travel to see his son.. His GF and him constantly threatened/harassed me till I had no other choice than to move over 150 miles away to be near my family.If he stopped spending SO much money on booze and BBQ's he would have loads more to splash around. What do i do leave my husband to feed my kids? Csa does nothing but destroy familes, humiliate the good men and are too goddam lazy to chase the real deadbeats. someone needs to stop them before its too late. men are not cash cows they are FATHERS! treat them with dignity and give them equal rights to move on and have a life, all us real mothers want is a Father for our children, a sensible maintence that does not involve childrens money. create a situation where fathers who love their children can see them not a situation that creates a second set of kids without dads |
