LeeAndersonUKSurely making a reasonable contribution to my ex should be good enough, to involve the csa just cost the tax payers, all the csa seem to do is ensure the PWC has enough of the fathers cash to give the PWC a better lifestyle and not the child,if a reasonable contribution is made and the PWC cant support the child than surely the emphisis should be on making the NRP a PWC rather than putting his new family on the bread line, why cripple the income of 2 families when the child would still be happy with the father with regular access to his mother!!!!! CSA need to sort it out, they are a non profit organisation that care? more like a costley organisation to the tax payers that contribute to the "poor" income statistics!!!
janettedaniellUKi agree with what you have said it is unfair for a second family to pay when they are receiving wftc
RobertScottUKForcing me and my current family into absolute poverty and causing stress and anguish to all
ChrisMaceUKCsa is unfair to working Fathers who have divorced.
richardlavisUKi am a victim

GRAHAMBULLOCKUKI would not have enough time to emphasise the struggle I've had to cope with my payments and looking after a second family, at the same time knowing that the child I'm paying for has actually had a less than perfect life, and had little of the benefits that she should have had!!
neilhardsUKI only hope this does so good, however having dealings with the csa Ithink you've more chance reasoning with saddam

GrahamDaviesUKThis problem needs to be addressed as soon as possible
DanielRourkeUKThe government have put the CSA in place to act as agents for them, for the legalised robbery of honest hard working British citizens.

robinburtUKI will never forget what had happened to me my family, and most of all my human rights before law, for i am a human being and no law can take that away!.
robertjudgeUKvery good website, i am currently being stung by the csa for £300 for 1 child, i am married with 2 children and just cannot afford to pay, but no help or interest from the bastards, they just dont care!!!

paularcherUKI am currently on a take home pay of £500 per month. I have lost contact with my young children. My ex wife enjoys 3 holidays a year at my expence and I am currently homeless due to the CSA. I work for the fire service and have done for 20 years. I am now almost certain to lose my job as well. Thanks CSA, You are animals and I hope you are happy in your work because I had a home a job, now nothing.
MarieJonesUKMy partner is left with £450 a month after csa payments, our rent is £450,what are we meant to live on??
michellecounleyUKNACSA agree 100% with the sentiments above. We are currently debating with CSA Directos over the issue of WTC and CTC and its impact with CSA clients. At present they demonstrate an obscene bias against the NRP's children...after all, that money belongs to the children of the second family...without children, you wouldnt get the money! NACSA feel it unethical to deprive one child in favour of another and we will continue to fight it. www.nacsa.co.uk
JamesRadfordUKKeep going and deal with those evil missfits
GarethBishopUKI have been paying CSA for 5 years after also spending £22,000 on trying to gain access to two child I still dont see. I am now in severe finanical difficuly because of this but the CSA dont give a damn all they want is the £585 a month from my wages
lindaactonUK
ChristopherRobinsonFiona Warton CSA treated me like a number and did not listen or answer my questions
GrahamHutchingsUKHas anyone taken the CSA to the European Courts about this?
frederick brownUKgood luck

bbullUKits a complete con, a rip off , and a total disgrace
SeanRobbinsUK
David SalisburyUKI have two children to my second wife and they now go without because of the amount of money the CSA take off me every week, some weeks I can't even afford to feed my children and have to rely on parents, this system needs a serious rethink!

CliveRobertsUKMy son lives with myself after being thrown out by my Ex wife. My daughter is still with my Ex wife. I do not recieve WFTC because I earn just to much. However if you reduce my take home salary by my CSA payment to my Ex wife I would be eligable to claim it ! A Double loop hole that is causing me extreme finacial problems and affecting my Son who has to do without. This Whilst my Ex wife lives in a mortgage free house that I bought her, works as a mobile Hairdresser and also claims every benifit going! Thus affording her a life style atuned to someone on £40000+/Year.

JohnKerrUKThe Government need to understand that the CSA causes nothing but anger to all families affected by the CSA. The system is unfair and should be scrapped as soon as possible. I would not mind paying the 15% Rule and wish the government would stop stalling on bringing the system in for old cases. It is not fair that 1 family go by one set of rules and another family are assesed by another set of rules. New cases and old cases should be worked out by the same formula. The old system brings nothing but uncertinty and aprehension.
markstarkieUKmy ability to live and pay for my new family. it is outrageous and unfair.
