Name: Lee Anderson on Jan 13, 2003State:Country: UKComments: Surely making a reasonable contribution to my ex should be good enough, to involve the csa just cost the tax payers, all the csa seem to do is ensure the PWC has enough of the fathers cash to give the PWC a better lifestyle and not the child,if a reasonable contribution is made and the PWC cant support the child than surely the emphisis should be on making the NRP a PWC rather than putting his new family on the bread line, why cripple the income of 2 families when the child would still be happy with the father with regular access to his mother!!!!! CSA need to sort it out, they are a non profit organisation that care more like a costley organisation to the tax payers that contribute to the "poor" income statistics!!!Flag

Name: Michelle Counley on May 27, 2003State:Country: UKComments: NACSA agree 100% with the sentiments above. We are currently debating with CSA Directos over the issue of WTC and CTC and its impact with CSA clients. At present they demonstrate an obscene bias against the NRP's children...after all, that money belongs to the children of the second family...without children, you wouldnt get the money! NACSA feel it unethical to deprive one child in favour of another and we will continue to fight it. www.nacsa.co.ukFlag

I do not recieve WFTC because I earn just to much. However if you reduce my take home salary by my CSA payment to my Ex wife I would be eligable to claim it ! A Double loop hole that is causing me extreme finacial problems and affecting my Son who has to do without. This Whilst my Ex wife lives in a mortgage free house that I bought her, works as a mobile Hairdresser and also claims every benifit going! Thus affording her a life style atuned to someone onFlag

Name: John Kerr on Sep 11, 2003State:Country: UKComments: The Government need to understand that the CSA causes nothing but anger to all families affected by the CSA. The system is unfair and should be scrapped as soon as possible. I would not mind paying the 15% Rule and wish the government would stop stalling on bringing the system in for old cases. It is not fair that 1 family go by one set of rules and another family are assesed by another set of rules. New cases and old cases should be worked out by the same formula. The old system brings nothing but uncertinty and aprehension.Flag
