With Windows being the de facto standard of the personal computer world, we computer users are unable to make a choice on the operating system which comes with our computers. Some of us already have older copies of Windows. Some of us bought new versions of Windows and had an older version installed which we had no intention to use. Some of us don't run Windows at all. We are petitioning for hardware manufacturers to ship Computers without Windows so as to allow us customers more flexibility in making choices and to ensure that we don't pay for something which we may not use.
