The petition
On April 30, 2009, Total Nonstop Action did the unlikely and released Roxxi aka indy wrestler Nikki Roxx from her contract.
Roxxi was and is probably still the most over babyface in the Knockouts division in TNA. She has a strong following and compared to all, yes, I said all of the Knockouts on the current roster, she has done the most to prove herself to the company and the fans that she is worthy. Her constant dedication and sacrifices have made her an instant fan favorite and there is no doubt in my mind that shes the most undeserving Knockout to get the boot. A woman as popular as Roxxi should be featured on televison every week and should be a solid contender for the Knockouts title. The issue here is, she still hasn't gotten that "push" for such things that has been long overdue. The fact that the TOP KNOCKOUT was let go by TNA is a HUGE upset and caused an uproar among TNA and wrestling fans alike. Whatever the "backstage" story is, it still doesn't make sense to release a top wrestler from her contract. If TNA is all for the fans and would go to such lengths to give their viewers what they want, they would bring back our ROXXI!
