Ms LIN BAESLER from the Placentia Library was fired from the library after dedicating almost 8 years of service. She was ultimately fired for giving out flyers of her music maker studio class after such flyers were requested of her. Ms Lin will no longer perform at the library. We, as patrons of the Lap sit and Story Time feel that Ms Lin was fired over such a trivial reason and that the library needs to give her a second chance. We are joining hands and asking the Library to correct this injustice. We also feel that the Placentia Library was hasty in their decision in firing Ms Lin. Many moms look forward to the music time presented by Ms Lin Baesler. She was an inspiration to many kids and the kids loved her too. She was like a breath of fresh air. People travel from far just to hear Ms Lin\'s music and stories. To do this kind of thing to a person who has spent many years entertaining our children as well as give valuable input and lesson through her music and experience, is unmerited. We, as parents and guardians, must be able to speak out against this decision and alert the library. Many kids and adults alike enjoyed her program. Bringing back Ms Lin is beneficial to the Library Circulation and also to the Friends of the Library sales. As parents and guardians from various places of Orange County, we wish to bring back Ms Lin back to the Placentia Public Library for the Lap Sit and Story Time. WE WANT HER BACK!!
