Joseph Kogan a student at Clarksville Middle School was unjustly suspended for 7 days for simply reading an inappropriate letter to members of his bus. Joseph had no part what so ever in the writing of this letter. Also he did not peer pressure the writer of these notes (paul bermiester) into writing these notes. Simply put it was Pauls idea.
