Comments: I do not believe this plan represents the requirements of the local residents and lake users with regard to parking and lake access.

Comments: This development is out of scale, is of poor quality design and must allow for at the very least an increase in parking - not the opposite.

Comments: There is little enough parking in West Kirby and to build on this car park is ridiculous. This car park is well used most summer days and brighter winter days. I know this for a fact as travel past three times a day to my job at the sailing club.

Comments: This Hotel should never be allowed to be built. This is a victorian village and we wish to keep it that way. Go somewhere else to develop and leave this beautiful village alone - especially our seafront.

Comments: Until the Council can provide the same number of car parking spaces as the car part they plan to develop, in the centre of West Kirby - this development should not proceed. West Kirby gets gridlocked every sunny weekend. Perhaps the planners should do more research.
