Bringing additional traffic will only add to the congestion. We do not want another (ugly and unplanned) Fairview Road on this side. We travel W Georgia Road to avoid Fairview Road.

   Comments for the Planning Commission and County Council (displayed public): my wife and i are against this development for multiple reasons, traffic, noise and property value effects. as council could see by the comparisons that i had done; which skip limbaker placed in their boxes; on the other subdivisions in the area. there are well over a thousand other lots available for houses to be built on and commercial property at west georgia road and fork shoals road (griffin park). there is no need for this development. the developer is gearing this whole project for greenville tech, not any of the other neighbors in the area.

   Comments for the Planning Commission and County Council (displayed public): Multi-family housing is completly unacceptable. That will only bring down the value of our single family homes. We already have too many unfinished subdivisions in the area. There is no need at this time for more house or businesses. West Georgia Rd and Rocky Creek Rds are already in poor conidition. These roads can not handle high volume traffic that commercial centers will bring in.
