Brandwood Residents request that Councillors endeavour to ensure that the West Midlands Police Authority/Police Commissioner require all applicants to be "Police Road Traffic Accident Investigators" have at least 5 grade "C" GCSE's ( or their equivalents) and these must include English, Physics and Maths. Also, a suitably qualified and experienced Chartered Engineer must be employed to advise the police.
