This is to all who have gotten the run around with bank america and their scam to tell you that they will assist you into getting your home mortagage modified. But instead have you send in the same paper repeatly to furstrate you and for you to give up.  I have been trying to get assistance for three years now.  I have worked since I was 14 years old and when I need something there is no assistance out there for me.  I have been in my home since 1997 without being late, and all I am asking like many americans are for a little assistance.  If bank america is giving you the run around please sign this petition and I will try to get this on every NEWS channel I can.
