    Comments: This is my first year as a transfer student to FIU. I took Katherine's modern 1 class in the fall and she made me feel completely comfortable talking to her in and out of classroom settings about anything related to dance. I enjoyed working with her so much that I decided to work with her on an independent study. A valuable asset to the dance dept and its students, Katherine takes time out to meet with the dance students to facilitate and improve our experiences within the dept. She is always at dept functions to help plan, execute, and support our endeavors personally and professionally. She is such a positive influence to myself as a student, person, and community member and I hope that I, as well as others, can continue to work with such an amazing person who exudes not only a passion for dance but a true passion for her students to succeed.

    Comments: Katherine Kramer gave life to the dance department that was certainly lacking before. She brings us together as a community and gets us involved in campus performances. She has made positive changes and awakend the dance community in ways that would not be continued in her absence.

Her passion for the arts and her dedication to the students is exactly what we need in the Dance Departmet. We need more Professor like Katherine at FIU. I din't know what we will do without her. She is my mentor, friend and inspiration. Please allow her stay!!! I've learned so much from her and so have others. This is the very reason why we have all come together to voice this matter. We will not turn away and let this happen to Professor Kramer! She is the most deserving of a position at FIU. Professor Kramer has taken such actions to unite the students in the department and the community. I want Professor Kramer to be there next semester when I pay for my tuition. Now my money is really being invested into a great education!!!
