There needs to be a law that puts better limits on overdraft fees. Customers should not be charged a fee 200% of the amount overdrawn. I petition that the government put a limit, where the fee is 5% of the transaction amount overdrawn with a cap of $25. It should not be legal for a fee to be charged at all if the customer can cover the balance within a 24 hour period from when transaction posts.
