No municipality should have the right to reinterpet the intent of SB 420's right for citizens ot have access to medicial marijuana by state law. Hemet is fighting a losing battle in an ill-advised attempt to legistlate your state constuition's guarenteed rights. With 3,500 signatures the City of Hemet must either approve the reform of Hemet's brutal and discrimatory marijuana laws or allow the citizens of Hemet to vote for themselves on the 2012 ballot. We are asking that this petition apply retroactivly to September 2009.
