We the people, seeking a wiser use of our tax dollars in regards to Federal Welfare management; do hereby petition the creation of a Federal law which requires mandatory drug testing of those approved to receive Welfare by the criteria previously set forth as of this date: Sunday May 09th 2010 with the exception that those who do not pass said drug test are denied Welfare benefits until such time as a drug test can be passed.
