Calling for major reform of our countries welfare system and the requirements to get welfare: 1.Drug tests for all persons over the age of 18 getting food stamps, cash assistance or medicaid. 2.Work assistance program.(filling government jobs with aide recipients first.) 3. Creation of a modern Civilian Conservation Corp.( creating jobs for those who need help) Once enough signatures have been gathered this will be sent to every congress man and senator in the US.
