It should be manditory for any welfare reciepiant to participate in continuing education and or college courses if they wish to remain on welfare for longer then 3 months.While taking continuing education courses they have to maintain a GPA of a C or more in order to remain on welfare. Welfare recipiants while going to school should have a maximum time of 2 years in order to collect welfare. If a reciepiant has kids while on welfare they should only be allowed to have no more then 2 kids to continue collecting welfare. Welfare reciapiants have become a drain on society and therefore limits should in place to discourage reciapiants from remaining on the system for longer then they have to. Once they gradiate from continuing education classes they must find a job within 6 months of reciaving their diploma or degree. Welfare reciapiante under the age of 30 should apply for the armed forces in order to surve our country instead of becoming a burden on society. All reciepiants should have to and if the reciapiant fails to take do the drug testing or fails the drug test he/she shall be given a hiering in order to determain rather or not can remain in welfare. If the recipiant is to remain on welfare after the hiering then he/she should have to participate in a drug rehab program and payment for the program shoudl come out of the reciapiants SSI funding and must be repaid when recipiant is working and off of the system.
