Comments: Needs to be legalized. The crime rate because of this drug is rediculous. Would be so much better if it was just decriminalized already.. it's going to happen eventually.

Comments: spending 10-12 billion dollars of taxpayers money on WEED is a waste of time and money. Law Enforcement should be ashamed of themselves for wasting precious time.

Comments: I feel that responsible, private use of marijuana is not a legitimate crime. I feel that the time and resources used by our state to punish the act of responsible use (as defined by NORML) are indeed resources that could have been put to better use. I would like to see responsible marijuana use decriminalized in Pennsylvania.

Comments: I have studied marijuana for more than a year now and it makes absolutely no sense to me why it still remains illegal. If you plan on keeping marijuana illegal do clinical tests and show me exactly why it is so much more dangerous than alcohol and or other legal drugs. This prohabition has gone on more than long enough and has to stop now..
