Comments: I beleive marijuana should be legal AT LEAST for medicinal purposes.and is much safer than alchohol.Use of "Pot"would I think lower alcoholrelated offenses if people were allowed to smoke it in their own homes. They wouldn't be going out and causing trouble ,they would be sitting at home watching cartoons.I thinkPot should be legal for anyone over the age of 21 if not 18

Comments: I believe that if Governor Ed Rendell would go along with this petition and allow the medical and responsible use of Marijuana legally, that our State of Pennsylvania would see a lesser amount of crime and violence. I also think that our State would have much more money in the process to build schools, buildings, repave roads etc... everything needed to be done, instead of spending so much money on enforcing Marijuana prohibition. I believe this for our whole country and I do not see any reason for anyone to not say "Hey, maybe he's right, let's at least give it a shot and see how it goes." and then maybe, just maybe, other states of this great country will realize how harmless Marijuana really is... no one has ever died by Marijuana, or been harmed, or anything of the sort, yet look at how many people have died from tobacco and/or alcohol. Kind of ironic isn't it That is all, Thank you.

Comments: Marijuana has never killed any one and is no more harmful than cigarettes. Therefore it should be marketed and sold the same as anyother "legal drug".

Comments: I would like to see those who seek physical relief from smoking or ingesting marijuana treated as citizens rather than criminals. I urge you to ask yourselves, do those who use marijuana deserve to be in prison while those who use alcohol for the same reasons become functioning members of society

Comments: i dont really smpke marijuana but i know that it wont kill you it wont turn you into a terrorist it is just an herb. I MEAN SOME ON! it is a flower. WHy is it that salvia dinorimum is legal it makes you trip! Alchohol is way more dangerous than marijuana yet it is still legal! i will do anything to see this plant decrimanlized. making it ilegall is what gives marijuana its bad name. Becuase you get all these kids that start to deal the shit.and they sneak around with it trying to find places to smoke it. if it was legal you wouldnt have all those people sneaking around (performing crimanl acts)there would be regulated places, such as caffes to smoke. I think it should atleast be able to be grown. if i can brew my own beer i will grow my own weed. OVERGROW THE WORLD!
