I think weed should be legalized, for the sole purpose that it will save jail cells for more violent criminals. Comparing the druggies to the drunkies and the weapon owners, the mass majority in jail would be: 1. Drunkies because they aren't even conscious at times. 2. Weapon owners because they are at least sensible when to use weapons, though weapons can go off accidentally and when they need to use them in self defense someone is killed or brutally injured enough to get them into jail. 3. Druggies because weed has never made anyone crazy enough to kill someone let alone kill someone using the weed itself unless they are a drug-addict but I think if people choose to be drug-addicts then that is their own fault, if they die it isn't anyone else's problem... Though even if you did too much weed you wouldn't die from the overdose as you would beer.
