    Comments: Yes, Bill Gates is rich enough. Without the upgrades we should have been getting all along we get a substantial reduction on the price for this service. I have been a loyal webbie since the fall of 1998.

    Comments: Web TV is not what it used to be and something needs to be done quick, not with just the monthly bill but with all the glitches, slow connection speed, etc etc. It badly needs to be updated. We pay monthly for this and they should keep the customer satisfied or just pull the plug forever.
