We, the undersigned, believe that web-based university administrative programs should be functional and accessible to all in order to successfully fulfill their intended function. Too often have we attempted to add courses and check our grades, exam schedules or tuition fees only to be denied access due to a "maximum number of sessions" being reached. The service should take into account the high traffic it will receive on days such as Add/Drop Periods as well as days on which grades are released. As paying students at the University of Guelph, we ask that this service be fixed!
